From the very first project we took on as 3Eye, we have actively sought out occasions to test our team’s ability to provide the best possible solutions to complex business problems.
Whether we are working with our partners to improve in-vehicle connectivity for first responders and public safety officials or helping to enable mobile and cloud features on mobile workstations for hospitals, our team is always on the lookout for a way to innovate, either through improving a process or by bundling great products together to solve real business challenges.
Our company-wide focus on providing the best possible outcome for our partners has allowed us to work on some remarkable projects and has led us to create work that we feel good about and can be proud of.

Before 3Eye, Conor spent 8 years at CDW in various sales roles. He is a member of CompTIA’s Distributor Advisory Council and Bank of America’s Customer Advisory Panel for West Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University in 2001 with an Accounting degree. He lives in Battle Creek with his wife and daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, water sports, guitar, good food, and travel.
Danielle began her tenure at 3Eye in January of 2015, and has enjoyed navigating the ins and outs of channel distribution in a variety of roles since. Now, as Director of Sales, she leads and works alongside a team of six, to bring 3Eye’s mobile-first technology portfolio to market through a partner community of around 1000 unique NSPs, VARs, MSPs, and ISVs. With “leave it better than you found it” as a guiding principle, she enjoys the opportunity to understand the channel objectives of vendors and partners, implement a joint strategy based on those objectives, and align 3Eye resources to execute against that strategy – fostering a path to successful channel program outcomes. Danielle co-chair’s the 3Eye Wellness Committee, loves a tidy pipeline, and keeps a meticulously managed to-do list. She is mom to Owen and Leo, fancies herself ‘the funny one’ in her family, and fearlessly attempts the dance moves she could do in high school.
Stacy is a proud MSU grad who spent 18 years in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. She is passionate about leading great teams that provide exceptional service to customers. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and three boys watching their sports teams, playing hoops in the driveway, swimming and waterskiing. She also loves cooking (and eating) delicious food!
A United States Marine and combat veteran, Reid Estreicher is a Chicago-based technologist and strategist, with a diverse background in solutions engineering, business development, digital marketing, and filmmaking. He has a demonstrated history of growth within various enterprise sales channels and spends his off time in the indie film world, producing, directing, writing, and scoring film.
Leveraging his 16 years of experience with Multidimensional Databases and .NET programming, Brian keeps all the nuts and bolts in place inside our ERP system. Aside from the Data Integrity game, he loves baseball and is a devoted Detroit Tigers fan. When he is not frantically searching for the “any key”, he is enjoying a ride on his mountain bike or in his Jeep with the top down.
